How to apply Bimanán Complet Diet?

It is recommended to pour about 200 ml – 250 ml (depending on the consistency you want) of water into a container and add the content of the sachet. Stir the mixture vigorously for 20 seconds, with the help of a fork or a shaker cup, until completely dissolved. If you wish, you can heat it for 1 minute uncovered in the microwave. Let stand a minute and then taste slowly.

Precautions
