How to apply the Geomar firming mud cream:

It is recommended to apply the product on critical areas such as thighs, buttocks, hips and belly. Make circular massages from the bottom up , until completely absorbed. Use preferably 2 times a day, morning and evening , for at least 30 consecutive days. Continue the treatment according to your needs and the results you want to achieve. Ideal to combine with sludge in order to prolong effectiveness.
