Ansi Relax Roll-On by Esensial Aroms has a blend of 100% pure and natural essential oils, which act in synergy to help facilitate a good mood and well-being.

How to apply AnsiRelax Roll-On?

It is recommended to apply in case of stress, anxiety and depression, apply 1 to 3 times a day in the following way: apply the roll-on to massage of the inner part of the wrists, solar plexus, along the sternum, neck and inhale deeply. When there is a "stomach knot" sensation, insist on the solar plexus area by doing a circular massage counterclockwise. When the case is the inability to communicate something or "not swallow a certain situation", its application in neck massage is essential, also with circular movements. If there is difficulty in falling asleep, do not forget the application before going to bed.

Precautions

Do not sunbathe or artificial UVA rays after application, this product contains bergamot and is photosensitizing.
