Properties and benefits of Castor oil
This oil can be used for massage, aromatherapy and for skin and hair care. The main component of castor oil is ricinoleic acid, which has anti-inflammatory properties. In hair care, this oil helps reduce dandruff. It is ideal for deep cleansing of acne-prone skin, and also helps fight wrinkles and stretch marks. It is rich in ricinoleic acid (85-95%), but it also contains linoleic acid.
How to apply Castor oil?
It is recommended to apply eyelashes and eyebrows every night before going to bed with a few drops. For face cleaning: It is recommended to apply Bio castor oil on clean skin. Apply a warm damp towel on the face in order to open the pores and so that the oil can penetrate more easily. Then gently massage the skin and apply the towel again to absorb impurities well. Hair care: Gently massage the oil into the scalp and wrap the head with a towel. Leave it on overnight and wash it off the next morning with a natural shampoo. Treatment for dry skin: Apply on dry and cracked skin (for example, on the soles of the feet). It is enough to rub the oil in the affected area and then apply hot water, so that the oil penetrates more easily.
