How to apply Candles for the ears?
It is advisable to be two people when using the candles (pay close attention to the positioning of the hair). A glass of water must be prepared in order to extinguish the candle more easily at the end of use.
Lie on your side with your head on the pillow or on your assistant's lap. Your partner must adapt the candle to the ear canal by twisting and pressing so as to obtain a good seal. He or she must keep the candle vertical and let it burn down to the safety mark (red line), then must carefully remove it and immerse the rest of the candle in the glass of water provided for this purpose. The duration of the treatment is about ten minutes per ear. It is necessary to renew the application to the other ear with the second candle. The ear being the center of balance, it is always necessary to treat both ears. After the session, it is strongly advised to remain calm and lying down for at least 10 minutes.
Precautions
For safety reasons, the help of an assistant is recommended. Avoid any draughts in the room where you are going to perform the ear candle session. Cover the hair in the ear area with a cloth.
