How to apply GineCanesflor?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day for 6 consecutive days and then apply 1 capsule a week for 4 weeks. As maintenance to promote a healthy vaginal environment, 1-2 capsules per week are recommended. The capsule should be inserted deep into the vagina, lying on your back, preferably at night before going to bed. To facilitate introduction, the capsules can be slightly moistened.
