How to apply Organic Mint Stick Toothpaste?

It is advisable to remove the cap from the stick and turn the wheel to raise about 1 millimeter of toothpaste. Lightly rub the bristles of your dry toothbrush on the stick until lightly whitening the end of the bristles. A very low dose is sufficient for a good brushing. Turn the dial in the opposite direction to lower the toothpaste into its case then close the stick. Brush teeth for 2 minutes and rinse.
