How to apply Men's daily use gel insoles?
If necessary, trim the insole to fit the shape of the shoe. Cut along the outline that matches your foot size or use the original template as a guide.
For best results, remove existing insoles and replace with Scholl GelActivTM insoles gel side down. Replace insoles when they show signs of wear (recommended every 6 months).
