Description

Natali baking powder is a yeast based on corn starch, sodium bicarbonate and tartaric acid which allows you to make all kinds of organic pastry.

Indication

The rising of the dough is done by simple natural reactions between the 3 ingredients when they are put in good conditions of humidity and heat. Corn starch allows each ingredient to maintain its quality. The sodium bicarbonate causes the rising of the dough by release of carbon dioxide and ensures a good digestibility of the product. The tartaric acid accentuates the rising of the dough and neutralizes the slightly bitter taste of sodium bicarbonate. It is a natural constituent of the grape, obtained from marc and wine lees.

Intake mode

Recommended dosage: 1 dose of 7g for 250g of flour.

Dry mix the baking powder with part of the flour for a better distribution.

Storage conditions

Storage of the powder at room temperature, in a dry place.
