Indication

Teff ECO flour is a cereal that is gluten-free, and there has been no cross contamination in its manufacturing process. It has been packed in PET / PE bags ideal for this type of food. With Zip closure that serves as a watertight and inviolable barrier of the product once served and provided with a round bottom that allows the container to stand.

Intake mode

It is recommended to use to make bread, doughs, pastries and use as a thickener for sauces or batters.
