    I like these lentils because they remain whole in the cooking, without removing the skin. Taste good and super healthy, without toxins. I consume them regularly.

Description

Pardina Biocop lentil grown in Guadalajara. Small in size and characteristic brown color. Smooth texture and fine flavor.

Indication

They do not need soaking time for subsequent cooking. Lentils are high in protein, vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3, B6, C and E) and minerals like magnesium, zinc, selenium potassium, phosphorous, calcium, iron. Very rich in fiber.

Intake mode

It is recommended to boil with cold water. Boiling during cooking should be smooth and continuous. Cooking time 35-40 minutes.

Storage conditions

Keep in a cool and dry place.
