Description
Priméal's coral lentils offer many advantages: rich in protein and a source of fiber, quick cooking and a natural yellow-orange colouring.
Indication
Relatively brittle when cooked, red lentils are best used in soups, mashed potatoes, and terrines. Accompanied by a cereal, it constitutes a vegetable alternative to animal proteins.
Intake mode
It is recommended to rinse and cook 1 part of coral lentils in 2 parts of water (or broth), with onions, spices... for 10 minutes.
