Indication

It is a chickpea with fine skin. After cooking, they retain their shape and skin without peeling, making their tasting pleasant. Chickpeas are rich in protein, carbohydrates, fiber, iron, and folate.

Intake mode

It is recommended to soak the day before. Wash them. Put to cook water with the already hot water covered by about three fingers of water. Bring to a boil over medium heat approx. 45 minutes in pressure cooker or 2 hours in casserole
