Description
Fructivia mung bean can now be eaten raw in sprouted form or cooked as a bean.
Indication

Intake mode
It is recommended to cook for 35 minutes in 3 times its volume of water. Season as legumes. In Germination: To germinate these seeds, good aeration, daily rinsing, an adequate temperature (moderate) and a crop protected from too much light are needed. Start by bathing the seeds in a bowl of hot water. Once the seeds are soaked in water, rinse them well. Place them in your sprouter, remembering to rinse them twice a day until they are ready to eat.
