Description

Biocop Bio mung bean is a different legume than common soybeans. Easier to digest than other legumes.

Indication

It is high in protein (35g / 100g) and fiber (22g / 100g). Rich in vitamins of group B and especially in folic acid (B9). Rich in minerals like iron, phosphorus, potassium, copper, calcium, selenium and especially magnesium.

Intake mode

It is recommended to soak for a few hours. Change the water and cook with a piece of kombu seaweed for 2 hours.
