Chickpeas Sillanos de Intracma is a very complete and energetic food. Chickpeas provide carbohydrates, proteins and notable amounts of fiber, its vitamins include B6, B1, niacin and folic acid, and its minerals: potassium, magnesium and phosphorus. Thanks to their high fiber content, they prevent the appearance of constipation, they provide slow absorption carbohydrates which makes them very suitable in case of diabetes, as well as when great physical efforts are made. The most common varieties are the white, the Castilian, the Andalusian and the Sillano. We can buy them in different forms, dry, canned, toasted or use their flour to coat food.

Description

Indication

It has an almost spherical shape, generally more round than that of the Castilian chickpea, with a smooth outer integument and a clearly differentiated line of separation between the cotyledons. It usually has a characteristic orange-yellowish color when cooked.

Intake mode

It is recommended to suit the consumer.
