A classic preparation with gluten-free oat flakes, almonds, lemon peel and cinnamon suitable for a healthy breakfast for the whole family. To sweeten it, we use maple syrup, a nutritious and natural food, made from tree sap. People always told us the same thing: perfect granola is not possible. One that was low in sugar, gluten free, high in fiber, and delicious. We set ourselves the challenge by substituting those ingredients that are harmful to the body. The result is exceptional.
