Description

Hijas del Sol Crunchy Oat Bran are crunchy cereals with a high fiber content and low saturated fat content.

Indication

Made from the outer layer of the grain, that is, the product that remains after refining the oat grains. This external part of the grain contains great nutritional value, as it is very rich in fiber, minerals, vitamins, enzymes, proteins and unsaturated fats.

Intake mode

Take 30 or 60 g at breakfast mixed with milk, vegetable drink or yogurt.

Information for Diabetics: 30 grams of product is equivalent to 1.8 servings of absorbable carbohydrates for diabetics.

Precautions

May contain traces of milk and milk derivatives, eggs and derivatives, and soy and soy derivatives.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry and cool environment.
