Description

Barley in Grain Bio by Biográ is a flour that is not cohesive nor is it as extensible as wheat, and barley bread does not rise as much.

Indication

Wheat flour and barley are usually used to mix and make breads.

Intake mode

It is recommended to boil 50-60 min with a part of cereal and 3 or 4 of water.

Precautions

Made in a factory that uses dairy products, eggs, gluten, soy, sesame, nuts and celery.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place.
