I have tried these lasagna plates for the first time because I follow a low-carb diet and the truth is that we liked them a lot at home. It allows us to eat lasagna from time to time without breaking our diet and without feeling super full afterwards. I highly recommend it, especially for people on a keto or low-carb diet.

He probado por primera vez estas placas de lasaña porque llevo una dieta lowcarb y la verdad que nos ha gustado mucho en casa. Nos permite comer lasaña de vez en cuando sin saltarnos la dieta y sin la sensación de estar súper llena después. Lo recomiendo mucho, sobre todo para personas que estén haciendo dieta keto o baja en carbohidratos.

Really nice and close to Chinese noodles, remember to rinse well before cooking, the consistency (a little rubbery) may surprise at first but you get used to it quickly.

Vraiment agréable et proche de nouilles chinoises, pensez a bien rincer avant la cuisson, la consistance(un peu caoutchouteuse) peut étonner au début mais on s'y fait vite.
