Really nice and close to Chinese noodles, remember to rinse well before cooking, the consistency (a little rubbery) may surprise at first but you get used to it quickly.
Vraiment agréable et proche de nouilles chinoises, pensez a bien rincer avant la cuisson, la consistance(un peu caoutchouteuse) peut étonner au début mais on s'y fait vite.
