Description
This pasta is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. It is for wheat intolerant because the recipe does not contain wheat. No eggs and no milk
Indication
This pasta is a natural source of fiber.
Intake mode
Heat a pot with 1 liter of water for every 100 grams of pasta. When the water boils, add the salt and Castagno paste. Stir the pasta. From the moment the water boils again, cook for 5/7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Taste and if cooked enough, strain the pasta and season as desired.
