Description
Celnat's unpasteurized rice miso is a paste obtained by fermenting soy and rice for a year. Miso is part of the daily diet of Japanese people. It is a noble food and appreciated as much by its flavor as by its nutritional richness and its benefits for the organism. Fermentation time: 1 year
Indication
In macrobiotic cuisine, miso is used almost daily to prepare miso soup and many other dishes. Because of its fairly salty flavor, it can be used in place of salt, to season cereals, legumes, soups ... It can be used as a base for making cooking broths. Miso is used to prepare sauces, spreads (goes very well with tahini, sesame puree) and tasty juices to accompany your dishes but also your salads. Topped with grilled fish, miso is an excellent seasoning. It can also be used in marinades! It is preferable to add it at the end of cooking and not to cook it (boil) to preserve the enzymes.
Intake mode
It is recommended to dilute in a little warm water. Pour over your vegetables, cereals or soups to flavor them (salty flavor). The rice miso allows you: also to make the traditional Japanese miso soup.
