Description
Corn couscous and Fior di Loto rice is made with the traditional method of preparing couscous, however using buckwheat flour which naturally makes it gluten-free and a source of fiber.
Intake mode
It is recommended to put it in a bowl and pour boiling water or broth over it, stirring gently so that no lumps form. In a few minutes it will increase and be ready to accompany any dish. A traditional-style alternative is steam cooking which further enhances it.
