Description
Celnat's Integral Bio Couscous is made from durum wheat semolina through a specific process.
Indication
It is a source of nutrients such as phosphorus, manganese, magnesium, zinc, selenium, copper, it is rich in complex carbohydrates and vitamins (B1, B3, B6 and E).
Intake mode
It is recommended to use for approximately 50 g per person. Mix 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil for your couscous. Pour in the same proportion of hot or boiling water. Remove and drain the couscous (it is not necessary to boil it). Let stand 5-7 minutes. Optionally, cook 15 minutes with steam, separating the beans with a fork.
