Description
Kamut (Khorasan Wheat), a kind of wheat with a long history and important health properties. Compared to modern wheat, it has a higher protein content (between 12 and 18%) and minerals such as selenium, zinc and magnesium.
Indication
Camut has a high antioxidant power. It is high in group B vitamins. In addition to protein, it also provides a large amount of lipids that produce even more energy than carbohydrates. For this reason, organic camut flour is becoming a staple in the meals of athletes and also of the little ones.
