Alga Agar Agar in Strips from Porto Muiños is the jelly of the sea. It is used as a thickener, stabilizer and gelling agent in: jams, jellies, juices, compotes, cakes, puddings, custard, ice cream, mayonnaise and other sauces. It stands out for its high fiber content and is rich in minerals such as sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium.
It is recommended to introduce the Agar Agar fibers in warm water. To get a fibrous Texture: 20 minutes and for a gelatinous Texture: 2-3 hours.
