Terrasana Kombu Seaweed is naturally rich in iodine.
It is recommended to rinse thoroughly several times and leave the kombu for weeks (approx 15 min.). Discard the soaking water, bring kombu in a saucepan with 1 liter of water in about 20 minutes slowly to the boil. Remove the kombu broth to a boil. Add shiitake and other vegetables, with rice or beans.
