Description
The Wakame seaweed from El Granero Integral is a thin and fibrous seaweed with an intense green color. It has been used since ancient times in Asian cuisines, especially Japanese, and is well known for its pleasant flavor and its different culinary possibilities, but above all for its remineralizing properties.
Indication
As for nutrients, Wakame algae provides protein, carbohydrates, Omega-3 fatty acids, soluble fiber, vitamins A, C, B1, B2, B3, B5, folic acid and is especially rich in Potassium, Sodium, Calcium, Phosphorus and Magnesium. It has a high content of iodine, which is why it is not recommended in cases of alteration in the thyroid.
Intake mode
Soaking is recommended for 15 min. in water to consume raw. Boil for 10-20 min. in soups, stews, rice, cereals, sauces, etc.
Precautions
May contain traces of gluten, fish, shellfish, and shellfish. If white appears on the algae, it is due to its own salts that act as a natural preservative.
