The naturally aromatic red beet tubers undergo a pressing process so that they retain all their nutrients, before combining them with lactic acid, carrying out the entire process without the addition of salt.
The lactofermentation process changes the pH value of the product favoring its digestion, stabilizes the mixture and adds a pleasant slight acidity.
All the ingredients used are free of genetically modified organisms and come from organic farming, supporting regional cultivation.
