    It's very good (if you like beets). It has an intense beet flavor. It has a small percentage of cherry (1% I think), but don't expect to find it when drinking it!

Description

For this lacto-fermented red beet juice, only Demeter raw materials are used, from biodynamic agriculture.

Indication

The naturally aromatic red beetroot tubers undergo a pressing process to retain all their nutrients, before being combined with lactic acid, the entire process being carried out without the addition of salt.

The lactofermentation process changes the pH value of the product, favoring its digestion, stabilizes the mixture and adds a slight pleasant acidity.

All the ingredients used are free of genetically modified organisms and come from organic farming, supporting regional cultivation.

Intake mode

Shake before using.

Storage conditions

Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days.
