Description

Vitalgrana's 100% Organic Squeezed Pomegranate Juice is obtained from squeezed organic pomegranates grown in Spain.

The pomegranate is a fruit that has a low energy value due to the fact that the main components are water and sugars, mainly glucose and fructose. It is a fruit rich in vitamins, among which vitamins C, E, A, B1, K and beta carotenes stand out.

Pomegranate is an important source of minerals such as iron, calcium, zinc and especially potassium. It also has a high concentration of antioxidant polyphenols, compounds that are responsible for many of its beneficial properties.
