The hibiscus, called mallow flower in some areas, originally comes from the tropics and, in addition to its beauty, it is appreciated for its fruity flowers, with a sweet-bitter flavor. Thanks to the large flowers it is found in many European gardens.
Apple: More than any other fruit, the apple is in mythology a symbol of life, fertility and wealth. The tree up to 15 m originally comes from Asia, meanwhile it has spread across the globe with more than 2,000 different varieties.
Aronia berries: Bright red in color with a slightly sour-bitter taste: the aronia berries, belonging to the Rosaceae family. Aronia come from North America and today they also grow in Europe and even in Siberia.
Schisandra berries are native to Russia, Korea, and northern China, where they are known as "Wu Wie Zi," "the berries of the five flavors." The spherical fruits have a bright red color and a sweet, sour, salty, bitter and spicy flavor.
Intake mode
