Description
Andechser UHT Bio Goat Milk is a non-perishable organic milk. It is characterized by its smooth and fine flavor. It is much more digestive than cow's milk
Indication
Contains 1.5% fat, treated with ultra heat, homogenized. Light sediment is typical of this product. Made from 100% goat milk. Long life without refrigeration when originally sealed. People who are lactose and casein intolerant in cow's milk may ask their doctor if they can drink goat's milk since it contains very low levels of lactose and casein. For some cases it may be a valid alternative.
The smaller size of its proteins and fats makes them easier for our enzymes to digest. This can be interesting for the diet of convalescents with gastric disturbances and ulcers. Goat milk is an excellent source of protein and provides a large number of essential amino acids. It is also rich in calcium and many vitamins (A, D, B1, B2, B12). It has the same amount of protein, fat, iron, vitamin C and D as cow's milk. Goat's milk contains more vitamins A and B and less lactose content than cow's milk. Folic acid content is considerably lower than in cow's milk. Goat milk has a very white color, this is due to the fact that the yellow of beta-carotene has been converted to pure vitamin A that is colorless.
Intake mode
It is recommended as breakfast or dessert. For making cakes replacing cow's milk, and providing particular and very pleasant flavors and nuances. For the elaboration of rice pudding, with which an exceptional dessert is achieved. For the production of custard, custard, curd and any other traditional dessert with milk as an ingredient. For the preparation of sauces such as bechamel. For making yogurts and kefir (very easy to make at home). And of course for the production of all kinds of cheeses.
Storage conditions
It is preserved without refrigeration for several months. Once opened, store in the refrigerator.
