Indication

Contains glucomannan and chitosan. Substitute one of the main meals of the day or have it between meals as a snack. Watch your weight and enjoy its delicious chocolate flavor.

Intake mode

It is recommended to eat 2 bars for 1 meal. Eat 1 bar for 1 snack. Drink plenty of water (approximately 1.5 l / day). The rest of the day you should follow a hypocaloric diet.
