Siken Substitute Cookie Bar is rich in protein and low in calories to replace one of the main meals of the day.

Indication

With glucomannan and L-Carnitine, it is rich in fiber. It contains all the nutrients of a balanced meal. Helps to have greater control of your weight. It can also be eaten as a snack between meals.

Intake mode

It is recommended to eat 2 bars for 1 meal. Eat 1 bar for 1 snack. Drink plenty of water (approximately 1.5 l / day). The rest of the day you should follow a hypocaloric diet.
