Intake mode

It is recommended to dissolve the contents of one sachet in 200-225 ml of water (depending on the desired consistency). Mix until obtaining a homogeneous preparation. Drink plenty of water (approximately 1.5l/day). The rest of the day a hypocaloric diet should be followed.
