Ume Su Bio de Terrasana is a unique flavor, similar to vinegar with salty and acidic flavors. It is made from the fermented juice of umevruchten (a kind of Japanese plum or apricot) and is delicious as a salad dressing or with fried vegetables, rice or noodles.
It is recommended to use as a salad dressing, to make seasoned wok sushi rice.
