Description

Germafibra of the monks of the Abbey of Sept-Fons is a harmonious blend that combines wheat germ with chicory (rich in inulin) and apple fibers.

Intake mode

It is recommended from 2 to 4 tablespoons (25 to 50 g) per day, with meals, sprinkle over salads or vegetables or to incorporate in hot or cold sauces.
