Description

Dr. Goerg's Grated Coconut is obtained from the fresh flesh of organic coconuts which are processed within 72 hours of harvest. The coconut flesh is gently dried underneath and then finely grated. No additives, no artificial means just pure nature.

Indication

Freshly harvested organic grated coconut from Dr. Goerg has a beige color. This is a quality feature because, unlike conventional grated coconut, this grated coconut is unbleached and is all natural, with no additives. 100% pure organic grated coconut

Intake mode

It is advisable to use to decorate your pastries with grated coconut. to improve other dishes such as: Asian pan-fried dishes, woks, curries, soups, sauces, salads, desserts such as creams or ice cream and drinks such as smoothies or milkshakes. You will get a nice decorative effect by dipping the rim of a cocktail glass in lemon juice and then in finely grated coconut or by rolling praline balls in the fine shavings.

Storage conditions

Store for two years after opening. Store the grated coconut in a dry place at room temperature and avoid direct sunlight.
