Intake mode

It is advisable to use to prepare your organic gluten-free bread: 500g of gluten-free flour (s) + 25g of lev'quinoa + 10g of salt + 450-500ml of lukewarm water.

Mix the ingredients in a salad bowl with a wooden spoon to obtain a soft but not sticky dough.
