Energy Feelings High VitaD Nutritional Yeast Flakes XXL Pack is a super food that enriches the nutritional value of any preparation. Being inactive, it does not cause the development of yeasts in the intestine.

Indication

With 47% bioavailable protein, it is extraordinarily rich in all the B vitamins. With the intake of just 10g, the daily reference values of vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9 and the precious B12 are far exceeded. It also provides 1400 IU of Vitamin D (the recommended daily dose for an adult is 600 IU). Specially designed for vegan diets.

Intake mode

It is recommended to be used in many different applications and formats, its culinary applications being almost unlimited:

  • It can be sprinkled directly on salads and hot and cold prepared dishes.
  • It is used to make vegan "cheese", to gratin, as an ingredient for fillings.
  • Condiments can also be made by combining it with spices or herbs.
