Precautions
The absence of the antioxidant and preservative (sulfur dioxide or meta bisulfite) can cause the product to quickly gain color and the isolated colonies of acetic acid bacteria to proliferate, forming what is commonly called “mother”. It is not a case of a health problem of the product, it is the natural evolution of the product.
May naturally contain traces of sulphites. Less than 10ppm.
Storage conditions
Keep the product in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat. Keep container closed after each use.
