Description
Jean Herve's Hazelnut Purée is a very interesting source of food and a very good addition to the vegetarian diet. It is suitable for everyone, young and old.
It can be spread thinly on bread, but it can also be incorporated very well into your culinary dishes, mainly in desserts.
Indication
After drying over a wood fire, the hazelnuts are ground with a millstone. Thanks to this drying mode, the unsaturated fatty acids are preserved. Small skins and broken pieces are removed by sieving.
Intake mode
It is recommended to dilute a tablespoon of hazelnut puree with two tablespoons of water. Add a spoon of vinegar or lemon juice, a spoon of soy sauce (Tamari) and chopped aromatic herbs.
