Description
The Golden Ghee Me Ghee - Clarified Goat Butter is used for culinary and / or therapeutic uses.
Indication
Goats include tree shoots, shrubs and various types of grasses in their diet, resulting in an intake of up to 15% more different plant species compared to other grazing animals. Due to its diet, based on a wide range of fibres, the droplets of fat in goat's milk are very small, more dispersed and therefore easier to digest. This characteristic makes goat products especially recommended for children and the elderly. It should be mentioned that compared to other types of milk, goat milk is considered the most similar to mother's milk, so it used to be given to babies when their mothers did not have their own milk.
MeGhee has a high smoke point, which makes it excellent for sautéing, frying or cooking all kinds of dishes, while also softening the flavor when added to a prepared meal.
Intake mode
Excellent for frying and grilling as it deepens and intensifies the flavor of food.
You can spread it on toast, with jam, honey or whatever you like.
Great as a base for making skin creams, it is a medium that efficiently absorbs and transfers the properties of herbs and flowers.
Storage conditions
