Description

Biocop Tamari Soy Sauce has a strong and intense flavor, ideal to accompany meat and fish. This fermented food favors the absorption of nutrients and good digestion.

Indication

Traditional Japanese method of liquid fermentation in open vats, at room temperature. Not filtered, but decanted, to preserve its characteristics (taste, smell, color). Endorsement: CCPAE

Intake mode

It is recommended to help enhance flavors. Ideal for cooking with vegetables, vegetables, soups and stews, to make sauces and to dress salads, seaweed, cereals, fried vegetables, meat and fish.

Storage conditions

Preserve from sunlight. Keep in a cool and dry place.
