Indication
Hatcho miso is a versatile, gluten-free Japanese seasoning made from fermented soybeans. It is unique and very powerful in flavor thanks to the authentic production and fermentation process of no less than 2 years. The powerful umami flavor makes the hatcho miso a good organic alternative to the bouillon cube. In addition, it is especially suitable as a base for soups (miso), sauces and marinades. Also delicious on bread, in combination with peanut butter. Hatcho miso is the most powerful of the four types of miso.
Intake mode
It is recommended to use 1 tablespoon as a substitute for a bouillon cube or 200 ml of miso soup. Use as a base for sauce, marinade or dressing.
Storage conditions
After opening, store in the refrigerator until the expiration date.
