Indication

It is a source of protein, carbohydrates and isoflavones vital to obtain high quality nutrition. Increase your energy without incorporating fats that harm your health.

Intake mode

It is recommended to soak until tender (or cook to speed up the process). Drain well, pressing against the strainer to remove the water and add to casseroles as an alternative to meat
