Description

The 125 gr papaya powder from Salud viva contains a large amount of vitamins (among which we find vitamins of group B, C, A and D), minerals (such as calcium, potassium or sodium), and dietary fiber. Not surprisingly, papaya is considered one of the fruits rich in antioxidants, since the fruit provides about 38 milligrams of carotenoids, with only 10 grams that it is capable of protecting us.

Papain, unique to papaya, is even superior to the pepsin in our stomach, which is only activated in an acidic environment. Papain digests proteins in any environment, even in environments that are highly alkaline and pH neutral. The enzyme effectively converts proteins to amino acids like arginine, which is not produced in the body. Other very important enzymes present in papaya have antiseptic properties that prevent the overgrowth of bacteria and parasites.
Papaya is a special fruit, as it is not only good in itself, but also has a synergistic effect on other nutrient-rich foods if eaten at the same time. Intake mode

It is recommended to mix 1 tablespoon of organic Papaya powder daily in smoothies, yogurt, juices, smoothies, vegetable milks, in your breakfast cereals…. It is very versatile for a multitude of preparations.
You can also add water to the organic Papaya powder to make Papaya juice. It can also be taken on an empty stomach to maximize health benefits. The recommended dose is 1 - 3 teaspoons of dessert per day. If you take it for the first time, start with a small amount so that your body adapts.
