Recommended for:

  • Intense and/or prolonged exercises (more than 1 hour), in which energy expenditure may be more important than water loss through perspiration.

Properties and benefits of Energy Glucose Tablet

  • With vitamins C, B1, B2, B5, B6, niacin and magnesium that are involved in normal energy metabolism.
  • Vitamins C and B2 contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative damage (frequent in intense physical activities.)
  • Vitamins C, B2, B5, B6, niacin and magnesium help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
  • Magnesium and potassium facilitate normal muscle function.

How to take Energy Glucose Tablet?

It is recommended to take during or before physical activity, chewing or sucking.

2 tablets (8g) before starting exercise and 6 tablets (24g) during exercise (2 tablets every half hour).

Tips:

  • It is recommended to drink 2 L of water a day.
  • It is important to follow a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Precautions
