Sali + Electrolyte Pocket Minerals is a mixture of carbohydrates (maltodextrins and fructose), vitamins and minerals which, dissolved in water, allows to obtain a drink that provides energy and that supports the right hydro-saline balance. The choice of fructose and maltodextrins lies in the fact that these contribute to a lower blood glucose level increase compared to that of sucrose (sugar) or glucose. The addition of minerals and vitamins, especially vitamins C and B, support energy metabolism, the immune system potentially weakened by training and competitions. Furthermore, vitamin C has an antioxidant action.
